The Energy Law Symposium at the law school on Friday, 11/8 is going to be very informative – take a look at the line-up of speakers and topics in the attached brochure. The symposium has been approved for 8.5 hours of CLE by the state bars in Texas and New Mexico, and we are in the process of getting AAPL approval for continuing education for landmen.

Please register and attend, if your schedule will permit. Please forward this email to your friends and colleagues, and encourage them to attend. If you do business in the Permian Basin, this symposium is for you. There will be panel discussions on managing produced water, air quality, pipelines, and the current differences in doing business in Texas and New Mexico, along with presentations by the Permian Strategic Partnership CEO Tracee Bentley and long-time, mineral-owner lawyer Jim Hund.
